Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use stepin.dance.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. In short: consent first, pressure never.

• No harassment, threats, hate, or sexual pressure.
• No scams, payment / crypto / gift-card requests, impersonation, or fake profiles.
• No minors, and no attempts to meet minors.

Socials & listings

Socials are either published by organizers or curated from public listings. Schedules, prices, and venues are set by the organizer and can change — always confirm via the linked listing before you go. stepin.dance is not the organizer of these events and is not responsible for the events, venues, or your experience at them.

Your content

You own the messages you send. Don’t send unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content and suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Organizers

If you publish a social, you confirm you’re authorized to do so and that the details are accurate. Capacity and “who’s coming” are planning tools, not guarantees.

Safety

Meet in public at a social first. We provide tools and guidance, but you are responsible for your own safety. In an emergency, contact venue staff or local emergency services.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing here limits rights that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, with disputes resolved by binding arbitration where permitted. This is an early-stage policy written in good faith and is pending review by counsel.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We’ll update the date above.
